How to change the plug

To replace the cable plug or install the plug, proceed as follows.

1. First, the ends of the wire going to the plug are cleaned with a knife, soldered and rings are made.

2. Unscrew the screws on the contact legs of the plug.

3. Screw the ends of the wire, sealed with a ring, to the contact legs of the plug with screws.

4. Undo one screw on the bracket attached to the case half and slide the bracket aside.

5. Place the halves of the box with a clamp in the recesses, and the ends of the wire with contact legs, turn the clamp and press the wire with it. Screw a screw into the bracket hole.

6. Close the assembled part of the plug with the other half of the box, insert a screw into the hole of the box and turn it to the other side of the box with a nut.

Replacing the fixed fork

Non-detachable plugs are an electrical cord made of rubber or plastic that is molded together with the plug. In case of failure of an integral fork, proceed as follows.The unsuitable plug is cut off and the connecting ends of the cable, after sealing with a loop, are connected to a collapsible plug according to the above method.
