What is a thermal camera? A thermal imager is a device that allows you to measure the temperature in a non-contact way and display the measurement data of a certain area in the form of a two-dimensional visual image. The principle of operation of a thermal imager is to measure the temperature using infrared radiation. Thermal insulations are indispensable in cases where it is necessary to determine the temperature from a distance, when the object is moving and in cases where it is impossible to determine the temperature in the traditional way for safety reasons (for example, objects under voltage).
In addition, using the heat insulator to measure temperature is simple and convenient — the user sees a thermogram on the thermal imaging camera display and can immediately identify and interpret the problem.
