To ensure trouble-free operation of electrical equipment, a preventive maintenance system (PPR) is used... This is due to the fact that premature wear of individual parts and parts of electrical equipment beyond the permissible level can lead to its emergency failure. Therefore, the main task of electrical equipment maintenance is to keep it in constant working condition.

Preventive maintenance system equipment includes two types of work — major repair and periodic regular maintenance operations. Scheduled maintenance consists of current and major repairs of electrical equipment.

Overhaul includes the following basic operations: system checks of the equipment, monitoring of the operating mode, checking the degree of contamination and heating, the correct operation of the switching equipment, the level and presence of oil, the safety of the grounding, if necessary — tightening with bolted connections , lubrication, removal of minor damage.Basic maintenance is carried out by operational and duty personnel, as well as personnel assigned to this or that equipment, machine, machine, welding unit, etc.

The main maintenance is preventive, i.e. warning value, its purpose is to identify equipment that requires immediate maintenance. As a rule, such a conclusion is given by the personnel of the repair services directly performing these works.

Maintenance is minimal repair with dismantling of electrical equipment.

During routine repairs, they clean the equipment from dust and dirt, replace or restore individual parts and parts of mechanisms, eliminate minor malfunctions and damage to the equipment, restore the reliability of electrical connections, eliminate insulation defects, replace burnt contacts of power transformers, load switches , oil switches, circuit breakers, change oil or add it, repair brush holders by changing brushes, springs and flexible connections, check simultaneous lowering of all brushes on slip rings of phase rotor motors, clean relay contacts or arc extinguishing contacts of the starting equipment from residues of soot and remelting, or replacement of burnt contacts, etc. NS.

Current repairs are carried out according to the following documentation:

a) technical description and instructions for maintenance and installation;

b) a form for machines, for which it is necessary to keep records of their technical condition and operational data;

c) passport for electrical equipment whose technical data is guaranteed by the manufacturer;

d) list of spare parts, tools, accessories, materials.

Overhaul is mandatory after this equipment has operated for the period specified by the manufacturer. During an overhaul, complete disassembly of electrical equipment is performed, all worn parts are replaced, and individual elements are modernized.

Repaired electrical equipment is checked and tested in accordance with PTE. Major repair of electrical equipment is carried out according to specially prepared technical documentation, which consists of the following documents:

— general repair manual;

— overhaul manual;

— technical conditions (TU) for major repairs;

— consumption of materials and spare parts.

Completed repair work is formalized with a special act of acceptance of repair work, to which the results of measuring the electrical insulation resistance of the equipment, the resistance of the grounding devices, chemical analysis of the oil, checking the setting of the relay protection, devices and are attached secondary switching circuits.

The period of operation of electrical equipment between two planned repairs (next) overhaul is called a monthly cycle... The period of overhaul between two planned repairs is called a repair cycle.

For the effectiveness of preventive maintenance of the equipment, it is important to organize the file of the used electrical equipment. All cases of damage to electrical equipment, defects found during its inspections, as well as information on preventive tests and repairs carried out are recorded in the files.The analysis of such a file allows you to establish the most suitable operating mode for the used electrical equipment.
