Labor protection in electrical installations — the main tasks

In this case, various mechanisms can be used: bonuses, de-bonuses, incentives, collection, etc. The aim is to train workers who maintain electrical installations, responsibility and interest in compliance with labor protection regulations.

For example, an employee receives a salary supplement (bonus) for complying with all requirements of labor protection regulations. Conversely, in case of violation of these rules, the employee is deprived of bonuses (deprivation).
