In some cases, it is assumed that a residential building under construction is not only for living, but also for holding business meetings and receiving guests. On the territory of the household there can be a whole complex of buildings: premises for service personnel, a guest house, a garage and outbuildings.
In these cases, special attention is paid to ensuring an appropriate level of security. In addition to traditional physical security, a combination of mechanical and electronic security and signaling devices and systems is used.

Electronic devices include video surveillance and control devices, special lighting devices (including infrared lighting devices for use at night with video cameras), various motion and presence sensors, equipment for detection and neutralization of low-power radio emission sources.
The simultaneous use of the entire list of defense systems is hardly advisable, both for economic reasons and from an aesthetic point of view: the territory will look more like a secret military base than a house for comfortable living.
Also, some elements overlap. So window grilles, blinds, blinds and films are designed to protect against broken windows. If there is no need to check or stop incoming vehicles to ensure access control, you can refuse to use the barrier, only one turnstile is sufficient. Many night-time surveillance cameras have their own built-in infrared sources.
If the design of the facade of the building provides for the presence of shutters, while maintaining the desired appearance, they can be turned into a protective element by introducing steel or titanium plates into the structure and strengthening the suspension elements.
The installation of window bars is most often justified only on the lower floor. They can be combined with the use of films, which will prevent damage to the glass from local impacts (thrown stones). At the same time, the grilles can be given an elegant look by using artistic forging in the production.
Using multiple video cameras becomes easier if you add additional equipment. BESTDVR DVRs will come in handy. In most cases, they will eliminate the need to install motion and presence sensors.
And when you equip the windows with steel or aluminum roller blinds, the bars and blinds can be abandoned.
