Acceptable documentation for installation of power supply equipmentWhen accepting and delivering installation work for power supply, documentation is drawn up separately for the main elements of the overhead power line, overhead cables, cable lines and transformer substations.

Upon acceptance for operation of a newly constructed air line, the handover organization shall be transferred to the operating organization:

  • line design with calculations and changes made during the construction process and agreed with the design organization;
  • executive scheme of the network, indicating on it the cross-sections of the wires and their brands, protective grounding, lightning protection, types of supports, etc.;
  • inspection reports of completed transitions and intersections, drawn up together with representatives of interested organizations;
  • certificates for hidden work on the arrangement of grounding and burial supports;
  • description of grounding structures and protocols for measuring grounding resistance;
  • linear passport drawn up according to the prescribed form;
  • Inventory list of line auxiliary equipment, delivered emergency stock of materials and equipment;
  • protocol for control check of sagging arrows and the dimensions of overhead lines in sections and intersections.

Before putting into operation a newly built or repaired overhead line, they check the technical condition of the line and its compliance with the project, the uniformity of the distribution of the load on the phases, the grounding and lightning protection devices, the sag arrows and the vertical distance from the lowest point of the conductor in sections and junctions to the ground.

The designations provided by the PTE (N of the support, the year of introduction of the overhead line) must be applied to the supports of the overhead line. The name of the airline is indicated on the first leg from the source.

The cable line can be put into operation if the following technical documentation is available:

  • project in line with all approvals, list of deviations from the project;
  • executive drawing of the route and connectors with their coordinates;
  • cable magazine;
  • certificates for hidden works, certificates for intersections and convergence of cables with all underground utilities, certificates for the installation of cable joints;
  • certificates for acceptance of excavations, channels, tunnels, collector blocks, etc. for cable installation;
  • acts on the condition of the drum end fittings;
  • factory cable test reports;
  • assembly drawings with an indication of built-in markings at the level of the end channels.

Exposed cables, as well as all cable glands, must be labeled with the following designation:

  • protocols for checking and testing cable insulation on drums before laying;
  • cable line test report after laying;
  • acts on the application of anti-corrosion measures and protection from stray currents;
  • soil protocols on the route of the cable line;
  • passport of the cable line drawn up in the prescribed form.

A special commission accepts the cable line. Determine the integrity of the cable and the phasing of its cores, the active resistance of the cable cores and the working capacity; measure the earth resistance in the end connectors; check the operation of protective devices in case of stray currents; A megohmmeter is used to test the insulation of lines up to 1 kV, with increased DC voltage - lines with a voltage of more than 2 kV.

The entire complex of structures has been put into operation: cable wells for connectors, tunnels, channels, anti-corrosion protection, alarm systems, etc.

For the commissioning of the transformer substation, the installation organization prepares the following documentation:

1) list of deviations from the project;

2) revised drawings;

3) acts of hidden work; incl. on grounding;

4) inspection protocols, equipment installation forms.

The commissioning organization submits documents:

1) protocols for measurements, tests and adjustment;

2) revised schematic diagrams;

3) information on the replacement of equipment.

The transformer substation is switched on by pressing three times: short-term switching on and off, switching on for 1-2 minutes. and checking the operation of the equipment, followed by turning it off and on for permanent operation.
